Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment, currently has an Associate Mixer Operator opportunity at Ellsworth. This role reports into our GDI Adhesives division located in Germantown, WI.
The Associate Mixer Operator formulates non-hazardous materials by loading powders and/or liquids while operating mixing equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Below are some of your main responsibilities): Prepares and loads non-hazardous raw materials into the mixer and sets up equipment to process materials per batch sheet instructions Ensures product quality by adhering to batch sheet instructions and collects sample of products for lab testing Accurately recording process data to batch sheet along with other production documentation as required Perform general maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment to maintain a safe work environment, quality product, and efficient production Prepare and package finished product per batch sheet instructions as needed Contributes to the maintenance of a clean and organized facility

QUALIFICATIONS 0 years of experience High school diploma or equivalency Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs Ability to read Basic math skills Ability to learn how to operate assigned primary mixer Ability to package products according to batch sheet Ability to learn and operate different machines Forklift certification is required within 3 months of hire
