Quantum is headquartered in Huntsville, AL, with additional locations nationwide and internationally. Mission We seek a Bunker Inspector Analyst to coordinate international activities, provide guidance on FMS case development, and ensure security standards for foreign bunkers housing weapon systems sold through FMS. Responsibilities Coordinate, inspect, and certify foreign bunkers and arms rooms housing FMS weapon systems; conduct physical security inspections and surveys. Work with foreign countries and PEO M&S PMOs on PEO systems for P-LOR/FMS efforts, including systems like STRIKE, STARE, SHIELD, and others. Be a subject matter expert for the LOR process. Coordinate and analyze FMS activities for PEO Missiles and Space; assist with technology releases and export within DoD agencies. Conduct site surveys, document security deficiencies, and provide reports and briefings on security status. Support FMS program management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of requirements and activities. Establish and maintain liaison with relevant DA/DOD agencies, US Embassies, and foreign partners regarding security and bunker inspections. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience. Completion of the Conventional Physical Security and Crime Prevention Course within 6 months. Knowledge of foreign acquisition programs, international economics, logistics, and program management. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; experience in briefing and report writing. Current DoD SECRET clearance; US citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain a US passport. PMP or Program Management certification is a plus. Support of CONUS operations and additional duties as assigned.
