Brief Overview of Position
This position is part of a dynamic Treasury Management Product team focused on becoming the best Treasury Management provider in the State of Texas. If you are motivated to build products, own the customer experience, and define the go-to-market strategy, then our Treasury Product Manager is the job for you. Growing our Treasury business is a strategic objective, and this opportunity will allow you to use your experience to develop market leading solutions to meet the needs of our growing customer base.
Responsibilities Work within a small team setting to resolve client operational and technical issues with Revenue Cycle automation service Coordinate between multiple business stakeholders, 3rd party vendors, and clients to provide excellent customer support Become a subject matter expert in the automation of Healthcare Receivables and Reconciliation through mentorship Aid in implementations of new clients Learn Sales Support through mentorship (how to give demos, close deals, etc) Work with 3rd party vendors on custom development projects that improve the service and meet specific client needs Understand other Treasury Services within the organization (Lockbox, Merchant Services, Card, etc) and learn through mentorship where it is appropriate to cross-sell and bring in additional SME's Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to resolve client operational and technical issues with Revenue Cycle automation service Monitor product performance metrics and prepare regular reports as part of the Archer scorecard review. Support the Escalation team in identifying root cause to ensure Lockbox cases are prioritized to help drive resolution. Assist in the day-to-day management of Lockbox products (Retail and Wholesale). Coordinate between multiple business stakeholders, 3rd party vendors, and clients to provide excellent customer support Collaborate with operations and technology teams to assist in the Implementation of new clients.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Health Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Medicine/Healthcare focus Minimum 2 years in client-facing roles, preferably in a Healthcare setting Preferred 4 years working in Healthcare Revenue Cycle either for a Provider or Payer 3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or product management. Familiarity with Lockbox services, treasury management, or payment processing is a plus. Experience working in Healthcare Receivables with a Healthcare Provider Knowledge of EDI transactions (835, 837) Experience with automation of paper receivables (EOB to 835 conversion) Experience with Reconciliation of Payments to Remittances in a Healthcare environment Experience working Denials Good Project Management fundamentals Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
