Operating in Greencastle, IN, our innovative partner needs pioneers to design and maintain cutting-edge automation systems. In this role, expect to expand your prowess in PLC programming, robotics, and motion control. What You'll Do
Architect and refine PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron) through Ladder Logic, Function Block, and Structured Text methodologies. Create and sustain HMI/SCADA integrations using FactoryTalk View and Omron technologies. Program and harmonize industrial robots (FANUC, Yaskawa, UR) ensuring safety and precision. Optimize motion controls, managing servo drives, stepper motors, and VFDs. Draft and interpret electrical blueprints with AutoCAD Electrical expertise. Troubleshoot and overhaul electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. Collaborate mechanically to assemble machines from blueprints to integration. Lead and participate in machine commissioning and production setup. Uphold safety protocols, adhering to industry and in-house standards. Your Credentials
Electrical Engineering Bachelor's/Master's or similar, with a keen interest in mechatronics. 2+ years specializing in manufacturing automation within the automotive sector. Expertise in PLC, robotics, and dynamic motion systems. Knowledge of
pneumatic/hydraulic
schematics and machinery construction. Mechanical drawing analysis and basic fabrication competences. Soft Skills: Sharp Problem-Solver:
