Pape-Dawson . Job Description: KSA, a Pape-Dawson Company, is searching for an Associate Vice President and Client Service Leader with expertise in Aviation Engineering and project management. As a client service leader, you will participate and lead business development initiatives to grow the company's portfolio and execute the business plan. As an engineer who studies, designs, and manages airfield improvements, you need to be passionate about meeting clients and providing optimal engineering solutions. This role will involve collaboration with the marketing team, practice group director, project managers, and external partners. Responsibilities: Proven business development experience in a professional setting. Lead technical client relationships and contribute to business development activities such as preparing statements of qualifications, interviews, goal setting, target selection, and conference representation. Ability to travel. Design and oversee projects related to runway/taxiway design, paving improvements, airfield lighting, hangar design, fencing, and drainage structures. Lead the preparation of airport design plans including grading, drainage, markings, NAVAIDS, lighting, etc. Estimate engineering fees and project schedules. Perform primary design tasks independently. Review, approve, and seal technical work. Mentor junior engineers and technical staff. Ensure project compliance with standards and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. Knowledge of business development and experience in client management, especially in aviation sector. 10+ years of relevant experience in aviation engineering and project management. Current PE license in Oklahoma or ability to obtain within 4 months. Experience with airport or transportation construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with MS Office, Newforma, and Bluebeam. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with proposals and interviews. Strong presentation and communication skills. Leadership experience in multi-disciplinary airport projects. Experience with construction administration of public infrastructure. Experience managing survey, Geotech, and subconsultants.
