Job Title: AI Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic AI Enablement team. This is a 100% remote, interim-to-hire opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer who has transitioned into AI and is passionate about solving real-world business challenges using cutting-edge technologies.
You'll work across three AI domains: Enterprise AI (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) Embedded AI (integrated AI features) Custom AI Solutions (e.g., contract analysis tools) You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including an AI Enablement Consultant and a Senior Scrum Master, and contribute to building scalable AI-powered applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and implement AI solutions that drive measurable impact. Integrate tools such as Azure AI , Power Platform , Enterprise ChatGPT , and Copilot into enterprise systems. Present technical solutions and AI use cases to both technical and non-technical audiences. Must-Have Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a language-agnostic mindset. Demonstrated transition into AI, with specific examples of AI implementations that solved business problems. Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure ) and AI services. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work independently and drive initiatives. Experience with tools such as Power Platform , Copilot , and ChatGPT in enterprise settings. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices. Prior collaboration with consulting firms or enterprise-level clients.
