As an experienced sales account executive on our team, you will be responsible for aggressive sales growth in our region. Ideally, you will have strong sales experience within the building automation/HVAC controls industry doing owner-direct sales and/or the plan & spec market.

Job Details
MUST HAVE:
* 3+ years of sales experience in the Building Automation (BAS/BMS) industry * Owner Direct and/or Plan & Spec experience * Experience selling into ESCOs, hospitals, industrial facilities, commercial construction, facilities, etc. * Experience in the BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls industry
NICE TO HAVE:
* BAS platforms: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Trane, Distech, Honeywell, Delta Controls, JCI, ALC, etc.
