BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DIRECTOR -RN, 2YRS EXP REQ
LOCATION: BOSTON, MA
FACILITY: 300+ bed acute care facility
SALARY: $150K - $185K + $40K SIGN-ON + RELO
DESCRIPTION: Reports to : CNO
The role will assume responsibility for assisting in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a multi-unit level. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability and hospital operational. Ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE EDUCATION: Required: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN. Preferred: MSN or master’s in a health care related field. EXPERIENCE:
2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position. At least 2 years of psych/behavioral health experience.
