Must-Have Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) + Bachelor's in healthcare OR Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). 2+ years as hospital manager or charge nurse. 2+ years in psych/behavioral health. Active RN license. Current CPR certification.
Main Responsibilities
Help plan and evaluate nursing care across units. Ensure high-quality, safe patient care. Manage staff and resources effectively. Support nurse training and development. Solve problems and improve processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare field. Seniority level
