Requirements: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights law. Strong academic record and excellent writing and analytical skills. Preferred judicial clerkship experience. Bar membership in Delaware, New Jersey, or New York (mandatory). Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Bar in Delaware, New Jersey, or New York. Skills: Excellent legal research and analytical skills. Proficiency in preparing legal documents and pleadings. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights laws and regulations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
