Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs in their efforts to succeed in a school setting? Ro Health is hiring for a talented Behavioral Aides to work in the Anaheim, CA area in Orange County for the 2025-2026 school year!
Ro Health is hiring
dedicated, professional, and compassionate Behavioral Aides
to support students in elementary school classrooms across Anaheim, CA. We are looking for candidates with
ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience , a heart for students with special needs, and the professionalism to be a strong partner in the educational environment.
Behavioral Aides work
on-site in public school settings , providing moderate to severe behavioral support to students in either a 1:1 or classroom-wide capacity. You'll play a key role in helping students meet their behavioral and academic goals.
You would be going to each class with your student to provide behavioral and educational support throughout the day. 1:1 supporters are responsible to ensure their student is on task and working towards their instructional and behavioral goals. Providers who are assigned to work with a single teacher or classroom. In this role, providers will support wherever they are needed most by the teacher. Typically every day looks different in this position, and you may be working with several different students throughout your day. Why Ro Health:

In-person/School setting Anaheim, CA M-F generally between 8am-2:30pm (bell schedule will depend on each school) 25-30hrs/week Starting $25.00 ASAP start! Responsibilities:
Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults Data collection Toileting support Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds) Qualifications:
At a minimum, candidates must be instructionally eligible Experience in childcare and ABA techniques Associate's degree preferred Previous experience working in a school setting preferred Strong assessment skills Reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate Inclination to work well in a team environment Benefits
