Occupational Therapist
to help our patients overcome challenges and achieve their goals, all while advancing your career in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Your Role: Develop Individualized Treatment Plans:
Assess patients' needs and create customized therapy plans to help them achieve their functional goals. Implement Therapeutic Interventions:
Use evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams:
Work closely with other OTRs, physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate Patients and Families:
Provide training and guidance to patients and their families for continued progress at home. Monitor and Document Progress:
Track patients' improvements and adjust therapy plans as necessary to meet evolving needs. Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
certification required New grads
encouraged to apply Previous experience in a
clinical or rehabilitation setting
is preferred Strong
critical thinking and problem-solving
skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities
to connect with patients and families Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse patient needs in
