About Umbrava
Umbrava is a SaaS facilities management platform that provides support to multi-site retailers, facilities managers, and service providers to assist with vendor/work order management of services including maintenance, store remodels and improvements, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial services, small-to-medium construction projects, and more.
Job Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights, data, and market trends. Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and users. Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products on time. Define and track success metrics (KPIs) such as adoption, retention, engagement, and revenue impact. Lead product launches in coordination with marketing, sales, and support teams. Continuously assess product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus). 3–5 years of experience in product management or related roles. Strong understanding of agile product development and lifecycle management. Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and design. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action.
