Heading up the BAS/BMS Division in NY, NJ, PA
Location:
Hybrid, Long Island, New York Compensation:
Up to $110,000 - $145,000 + Bonus, Medical, Dental & Vision We are representing a leading New York company specializing in bespoke comprehensive BAS solutions, managing iconic projects from design through to commissioning and maintenance in NY for the last 40 years. They are seeking an experienced professional to lead their BAS/BMS division, focusing on innovative system implementation and collaboration with top industry experts. Your responsibilities Programming using Comfort Point and Tridium Niagara Understanding engineering drawings Mentoring team members and providing training Preferred but not essential background 3+ years programming from scratch using Niagara framework Ability to program a chiller plant and other large systems from scratch If you are interested and believe you can contribute, even if you don't meet all requirements, we encourage you to apply!
