is seeking an experienced
Business Applications Manager
to lead the strategy, support, and optimization of our enterprise applications — with a strong focus on
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) . In this leadership role, you’ll collaborate closely with business unit leaders to align technology with company goals, drive ERP transformation efforts, and ensure the full utilization of enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead the ongoing development and support of Dynamics 365 F&O and other business-critical systems. Develop and maintain a 1–3-year ERP strategy roadmap. Serve as Tier 3 support for ERP issues and lead vendor collaboration to resolve platform challenges. Provide leadership to the ERP team and ensure strategic alignment of systems with business processes. Champion system consolidation efforts and ensure ROI on enterprise applications. Maintain compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity, and governance standards. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience managing Microsoft-based ERP systems, with hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O expertise required. 3–5 years in an IT leadership role with a strong understanding of enterprise applications architecture. Technical knowledge in areas such as Azure, Power Platform, EDI, and Office 365. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred: Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications. Experience in FinOps or Manufacturing environments. Seniority level
