Responsibilities of a Business System Analyst:
Conduct functional analysis, consult with stakeholders, evaluate user business problems, and develop system recommendations to meet requirements, translating these into abstract and algorithmic business models. Handle problem definition, requirements evaluation, project management, and system implementation to meet business and user needs. Perform functional lead activities during system implementation. Assist technical staff during go-live by testing system behaviors. Post go-live, ensure procedures remain usable and consistent in real-world situations and propose enhancements. Qualifications include: 7+ years of technical business analysis experience. Comprehensive knowledge of business processes such as Source to Pay, Procure to Pay, Procurement, or cloud solutions like Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, etc. Experience with at least three system implementations, including recent versions and upgrades. Strong teamwork, process, and change management skills. Expertise in applications such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc. Additional Information:
