Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
About The Company And Opportunity
- Our client is a non-profit in DC that is focused on the performing arts!
- Due to a retirement, they are hiring a CFO to work hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)!
- Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8a-5p.
- Pay: $75-82/hr depending on experience.
- This position would start as a contract and could go permanent based on performance and fit. The full-time salary range would be $170k-$180k.

Overview Of The CFO Role
- Provides strategic management of accounting and finance functions.
- Directs accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Recommends improvements to ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborates with CIO on technology decisions.
- Oversees financial systems upgrades.
- Manages relationships with investors and institutions.
- Identifies and manages business risks and insurance.
- Leads and supervises finance staff.
Preferred Qualifications For The CFO
- Master’s degree preferred.
- CPA a plus.
- Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
- 5+ years of C-Suite experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
