Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in a collaborative fashion with other team members. Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals. Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs. May perform in a sitter role. The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED within one year of hire CNA State Registered BLScertification through the American Heart Association Preferred qualifications: Six months of previous CNA experience Previous customer service experience Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training.
