Summary
The Multi-Axis CNC Programmer works within the CNC function of CET's Production Department. This position reports to the CNC Coordinator and Lead Programmer. The primary responsibility is to use MasterCAM to program large format 5-axis CNC machines, including lathe and support for 3-axis machines, as well as our HAAS UMC-1000 and HAAS ST-45L .

Additional Details
This full-time office position follows a schedule of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday , with occasional longer hours or weekend work as needed. - Program large format 3 & 5 Axis CNC machines, including HAAS UMC-1000 and HAAS ST-45L, using MasterCam.
- Design and build fixtures, determine speeds and feeds.
- Perform quality assurance tests to ensure product specifications are met.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize production quality and efficiency.
- Consider tooling requirements for different materials and program accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
- Set up complex jobs and operate production parts.
- Interpret technical drawings for machine setup.
- Train new employees on CNC operation and programming.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check.
Salary: $40 per hour
