Software Developer
The Membership team supports our core Membership and related products. As a Software Developer, you will support and enhance existing systems built around COBOL / CICS / DB2. We also utilize MuleSoft, ODM, .NET Client components, Angular, and support systems using SQL Server / SQL database.
Our team members contribute diverse skills, and we encourage skill development and growth.
Note:
The Membership team operates on a hybrid WFH schedule, working from home two days a week and from our office in a hoteling space the other three days. What Youll Do: Deliver application functionality with quality, including implementing new programs, enhancements, and resolving issues. Promote technical practice improvements and support team skill development. Learn and support new technologies through paired programming, mobbing, and formal training. Review, analyze, and resolve application issues, supporting daily operations. Collaborate within the team to deliver work in sprints in a DevOps/Agile environment. What Youll Need: 5+ years of experience in application design, development, and deployment in complex environments, with familiarity with DevOps. Experience supporting production systems, including on-call support. Development experience with COBOL/CICS/JCL, SQL, VB.net, Angular, node.js, MuleSoft / API development. Understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in related practices.
