CapB InfoteK We are currently seeking a Senior Developer with a strong background in Natural or COBOL to join our team. The role involves supporting, coaching, and augmenting the MDHS MAVS application team through code reviews, mentoring, paired programming, adhering to coding best practices, operations coaching, and testing processes. Resources include COBOL, Natural programming, team project management and support, business analyst support, and automation of existing CICD processes. The ideal candidate will be an expert in application integration using Systems Analysis, Design, and Development. Must Have
CICS COBOL Natural (Versions 8.3, 8.9) ADABAS, Predict, and DDM Knowledge of working with Source management tools (Endevor, Git, or SVN) Ability to work independently or as part of a team; capable of training and mentoring others and leading small to medium projects Proficient in SLC and development methodology Experience in the use and generation of SCL Experience working with customers to build and formulate business requirements Ability to define and implement new technical directions and participate in issue resolution and process refinement Preferred Skills
Experience with SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) or TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) applications Experience with debugging/testing tools such as IBM DEBUG, Expediter, Micro Focus Animator Nice To Have
