is seeking a full-time Float
CT/MRI Technologist
to support the Texas Imaging Center in Dallas, TX, and the Texas Center for Proton Therapy in Irving, TX. The position level (1, 2, or Sr) depends on the candidate's experience. Perform CT and MRI procedures with high quality standards. Advise physicians on additional or modified studies. Escort patients, assist with dressings, and complete necessary paperwork. Develop and process radiologic films, log procedures, and handle routine documentation. Ensure patient and self safety according to standards. Monitor machine performance and report malfunctions. Arrange preventive maintenance and operate equipment safely. Manage outside films and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Qualifications
Level 1 requires an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification, and at least three years of experience. Certification in CT and MRI is preferred. Level 2 requires at least five years of experience. Level Sr requires at least seven years. Physical Demands & Work Environment
The role involves physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, assisting patients, and extensive sitting/standing. The work environment includes potential exposure to blood, radiation, and other clinic hazards. Additional Details
