Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Requirements
Candidates must have a license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details
Shift: 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next week
On Call: required 4-5 days a month
Position is mainly at Northwest Texas Georgia Street FED. Traveler will need to report at the main hospital initially for onboarding. They will rotate between two FED’s and possible 2 other FED’s that do not perform POC Lab. Traveler will perform: CT, X-rays and Point of Care Lab.
Competent in X-ray required
POC Lab (We will train)
7 days maximum time off
2 references from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
