DEFINITION OF POSITION
Carteret Health Care Cancer Services is recruiting a board-eligible or board-certified hematologist/oncologist. This full-time position is located in Morehead City, NC, and the physician will be employed by Carteret Health Care.
The role involves developing treatment plans for newly diagnosed hematology-oncology patients and overseeing chemotherapy. The practice is supported by Advanced Practice Providers and offers comprehensive oncology services.
Carteret Health Care’s Cancer Program has received a three-year accreditation from the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons. Our Cancer Center is NAPBC accredited and recognized by the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative Certification Program, meeting high standards for quality cancer care.
