Page Executive This position reports directly to the CEO and is second in command, responsible for all sales, marketing, and R&D. Located in Michigan with onsite work and relocation required. The company is a global food ingredients manufacturer with over 50 years of history, operating in more than 40 countries with a strong global presence. They serve top food and beverage clients with innovative solutions and a positive environmental impact. Responsibilities include: Leading profitable growth initiatives and implementing effective commercial strategies across all business units and markets. Partnering with leadership to define and execute long-term business and R&D strategies. Negotiating high-value contracts and evaluating sales and marketing performance. Collaborating to improve operational efficiencies and resource allocation. Deepening customer engagement and fostering long-term partnerships. Cultivating a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking. Building and mentoring a leadership team, developing talent. Monitoring industry trends and competitive dynamics. Applying problem-solving skills to organizational challenges. Candidate profile: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, or related; Master's or PhD preferred. At least 15 years of strategic sales and business development experience in food ingredients or related sectors. 10 years of leadership experience in the food and beverage manufacturing sector. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans. Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience leading global teams and working in a global organization. Willingness to travel 50% domestically. Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $325,000 - $365,000, plus bonus, LTIP, company car allowance, benefits, 401K, and holidays.
