About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff / Lead Technical Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the successful planning and execution of the team’s roadmap and communications plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various events, including quarterly town halls and CDAS-specific recognition activities. This role requires a deep understanding of technical principles and the ability to ensure that the organization delivers innovative solutions while effectively managing resources and budgets. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, championing the adoption of strategic methodologies, and supporting major change initiatives to drive operational improvements.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects in a large organization. The role demands a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact directly with senior staff and management. Advanced stakeholder management and technical fluency are preferred, as is the ability to influence decision-making and manage vendor relations. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed, and possess excellent relationship-building skills, with the capacity to forge productive working relationships and lead the team towards achieving its business goals.
