Lead and manage a global team of Supplier Quality Engineers, setting clear expectations and performance goals to drive individual and team success. Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers at all levels of engineering and management. Partner with supply chain and engineering teams to address and resolve customer and internal quality issues effectively and efficiently. Drive the development and continuous improvement of supplier requirements and performance metrics through regular meetings, audits, and feedback loops. Collaborate with internal engineering teams and suppliers to share best practices and ensure alignment with Cirrus Logic's quality expectations. Oversee the timely resolution of customer issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture. Work cross-functionally with Product/Test, Applications, Design, and Quality teams globally to address quality-related matters. Interface with suppliers and Cirrus Logic leadership to support world-class product development, qualification, and implementation of quality best practices. Manage annual team budgets and resource planning to ensure optimal use of personnel and financial resources. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline. 8+ years of experience in semiconductor industry: supplier quality, manufacturing, or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience managing global teams and working with international suppliers. Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel internationally (up to 15%) as needed. Cirrus Logic strives to select the best qualified applicant for any opening.
