Overview
We are hiring a University Recruiting Program Manager to lead our campus engagement strategy and early career hiring efforts. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with target universities, managing our intern and new college graduate hiring programs, and delivering a best-in-class intern experience.
Campus Strategy & Branding
- Develop and execute a comprehensive on-campus presence strategy to elevate Cirrus Logic's brand among students and faculty.
- Represent Cirrus Logic at career fairs, information sessions, tech talks, and other campus events.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications to create compelling campus-facing materials and digital content.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with faculty, career services, and student organizations at key universities.
- Identify and engage with professors and academic programs aligned with Cirrus Logic's talent needs.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for intern and new college graduate roles across technical and non-technical functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure a smooth and inclusive hiring process.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and outcomes.
- Design and manage a robust intern program, including onboarding, engagement events, and offboarding.
- Collect feedback and use results to continuously improve the intern experience.
- Manage university recruiting and intern program budgets.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in university recruiting, talent acquisition, or campus programs.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a passion for engaging early career talent.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to partner universities and events as needed (up to 25%).
- Experience managing intern programs or early career development initiatives.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Yello, Handshake) and CRM tools.
