: Bachelor's Degree Job Description Summary: Rose International is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Associate (CEA) with a dual-pronged set of responsibilities, based in Chicago. One key focus is the recruitment of IT talent for existing clients and developing relationships with their hiring managers. The second key focus is to develop new relationships with prospective clients. An ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer service-driven environment. Prior experience in managing relationship-driven engagements with multiple enterprise clients would be preferred. Location:
Candidate must reside in the city of Chicago and be available to meet with hiring managers regularly. Required Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Education: • Bachelor's degree Required Experience & Skills: • At least 5+ years of recruiting experience for tech roles in a fast-paced environment • At least 2+ years of business development experience in the IT staffing industry • Strong detail-oriented and prioritization skills • Excellent presentation, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills • High regard for confidentiality • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Excellent customer service skills and business etiquette • Clear ability to easily meet client managers on-site in the city of Chicago • Flexibility to travel within the assigned region • Mature mindset in interactions with all levels of internal team members and client personnel • Strong computer skills with at least intermediate proficiency in Microsoft programs • Able to thrive and is flexible in a fast-paced environment Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide high-touch, high-quality recruitment services for hiring managers with IT talent needs • Guide the Rose recruitment team to ensure they understand the client culture and talent needs, enabling them to fulfill client requisitions effectively • Grow existing accounts and open new accounts while establishing Rose as the leader in Staffing and Talent solutions in the market • Carry the Rose brand forward in Staffing and Total Talent Solution services within the assigned region • Build and grow a network of business leaders in government and commercial businesses that utilize contingent labor • Participate in networking and Supplier Diversity events in the assigned area to grow business Compensation and Benefits: • Salary range $60,000 - $70,000 annual + commission. • Rose offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, Short-Term Disability, 401 (k), Life Insurance/AD&D, Accidental Coverage, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Plans.
