About the Role:
Quest Fine Jewelers is seeking a polished, detail-oriented
Client Hospitality
&*
Support Specialist* to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. This full-time role supports our sales, inventory, and marketing teams while providing a welcoming environment and an engaging experience for all of Quest’s clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and help them find their way within Quest Fine Jewelers Provide a welcoming and engaging experience by ensuring customers feel acknowledged and supported while waiting for assistance Ensure each customer is cared for in a timely manner Maintain customer engagement during wait times to enhance the in-store experience Be available for customers to answer inquiries and to provide information Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness and presentation Serve refreshments and restock the hospitality area Ensure office supplies are stocked and available Assist inventory and marketing teams with light support tasks Assist with event setup, packaging, errands, and day-to-day operations Assist with daily opening and closing procedures Offer courteous attention and support to coworkers and customers awaiting service
What We’re Looking For:
Honesty Desire to help others Previous experience in retail support, hospitality, customer service, or administrative assistance. (luxury or jewelry experience preferred) Highly organized, punctual, reliable, and detail oriented Comfort with multitasking Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills Comfortable using basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office); familiarity with POS or CRM systems is a plus Ability to handle sensitive information and high-value merchandise with discretion
Other Details:
This is a Full-Time position.
Must able to work weekends, some holidays, and during peak retail periods.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
Wages. Hourly range depending on experience. $22.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
