What Youll Do
As a
Client Implementation Project Manager , you will:
Lead Implementation Projects:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client implementations, overseeing project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with Financial Institutions:
Work closely with banks and credit unions to ensure successful adoption of FINBOAs solutions, aligning with client goals and compliance requirements. Facilitate Communication:
Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear and actionable communication without requiring deep technical explanations. Provide Expertise:
Guide clients in configuring workflows, understanding Reg E dispute management processes, and maximizing the value of our platform. Drive Client Success:
Build strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring project success. Improve Processes:
Develop and refine implementation methodologies and templates to optimize efficiency and outcomes. What Were Looking For Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in project management. 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS, software consulting, or financial services. Familiarity with banking or credit union operations, particularly Reg E dispute management. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs); experience with Asana is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and resolve challenges quickly. A proactive attitude and a track record of significant career growth. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working directly within a bank or credit union. Familiarity with automation software or legal operations processes. Exposure to dispute management workflows or compliance processes. What Success Looks Like
