Bachelor's degree Job Description & Responsibilities
Impact : Apply problem resolution and customer service skills while deepening understanding of Private Wealth Management (PWM) business. Collaborate with PWM Advisor Teams, Legal, Compliance, and Anti Money Laundering to facilitate account opening and maintenance. Impact of Operations : Operations partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales, trading, and asset management capabilities, ensuring risk management and control to preserve assets and reputation. Client Implementation : Focuses on account documentation, data integrity, risk management, and regulatory compliance, working closely with PWM teams and other groups to ensure a positive onboarding experience. Responsibilities
Understand client account structures and documentation requirements. Perform due diligence reviews for Anti Money Laundering & Know Your Client requirements. Coordinate with PWM Advisor teams to ensure correct and timely delivery of client documents. Request products for PWM client accounts and ensure systems recognize approved products and services. Handle statement and performance reporting. Resolve issues in collaboration with PWM teams, Compliance, Legal, and AML. Improve account opening workflows and processes. Skills & Qualifications
Basic: Bachelor's degree Knowledge of MS Office and web applications Exceptional organizational skills Strong judgment and problem resolution skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Experience managing client expectations Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred: Series 7, 9, 10, 4 licenses Foreign language skills 1+ years of financial industry experience (AML, Compliance, or Client Onboarding) For more information or to view other opportunities, visit us at
