Purpose of the Role
This is a
client-facing, people-first support role
embedded onsite at a valued Infinite Solutions client. The technician will serve as a
bridge between the client and Infinite's full-service technical team -delivering friendly, proactive support with the full power of Infinite's remote help desk, tools, and senior engineers behind them.
This person is
not expected to know everything -but must be eager to serve, learn, and coordinate. Success in this role comes from being dependable, approachable, and able to confidently triage and route requests, while handling routine issues with support from Infinite's systems and team.
What the Role Involves Client-Facing Tech Support Serve as the friendly, dependable face of Infinite inside the client's office. Help users with issues big and small-while knowing when to pull in Infinite resources for backup. Help Desk & Field Work Hybrid Support includes both walk-up requests and scheduled tasks. Occasional field visits to nearby locations may be needed (mileage reimbursed). Infinite Team-Backed Support You are never alone. The Infinite team provides a full help desk, escalation paths, documentation, and back-end tools. Your job is to enable the client to get fast, high-quality help-by solving directly or getting the right Infinite teammate involved. What We're Looking For

Technical Expectations
