About Us
Bareknuckle Baseball oversees two Northwoods League markets in North Dakota: Bismarck and Minot.
The Northwoods League is the world's largest summer collegiate baseball league, with 24 teams and over 300 alumni advancing to Major League Baseball. It offers top college players a high-level summer experience in front of passionate local fans.
In Minot, Bareknuckle Baseball launched the Minot Hot Tots (baseball) and Minot Honeybees (softball), both calling Corbett Field home. These teams deliver family-friendly entertainment, community engagement, and top-level collegiate competition, all while creating a fun, welcoming, and unforgettable ballpark experience for North Central North Dakota.
We're looking for dedicated, driven, and enthusiastic individuals to help us grow these Minot teams and bring our vision to life.
The Position
As the
Food & Beverage & Operations Coordinator , you will oversee and manage all ballpark and team operations, including food and beverage, player personnel, game day staff, interns, merchandise, and sponsor events. You'll work closely with internal departments to manage budgets, processes, and operational logistics.
Key Responsibilities Inventory & Stadium Operations Oversee and maintain inventory, stadium set-up, and tear-down. Vendor Management Manage vendor relationships for operational and promotional needs. Food & Beverage Operations Lead all food and beverage activities including menu planning, ordering and receiving, inventory, and equipment management. Staff Management Hire, schedule, and manage game day staff and seasonal interns. Internal Coordination Maintain clear communication with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and event execution. Merchandise Management Oversee sales, inventory, ordering, and sales reports for merchandise. Event Leadership Serve as the operational event lead for all game-day and non-game day events. Menu Development Coordinate menus, pricing, and collaborate with vendors and partners to develop food and beverage offerings. Game & Event Preparation Ensure all food operations are ready for games and events. Ballpark Maintenance Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the ballpark and equipment, including repairs, organization, and cleaning. Office Support Assist with general office maintenance including ordering supplies, organizing shared areas, and creating cleaning schedules. Efficiency Improvements Increase operational efficiencies through technology, systems, and processes. Staff Training Train and oversee service staff in point-of-sale procedures. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitary standards. Game Day Execution Execute assigned responsibilities during home games. Community Engagement Represent the team at networking events and community engagements. Customer Service Provide best-in-class customer service to fans and partners. Event Participation Work all home games, ballpark events, and other outside events as required. Other Duties as Assigned Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager and VP of Operations. Qualification and Skills

Able to meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for inventory, scheduling, and reporting. Leadership & Relationship Building Strong leadership skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, vendors, and partners. Team Player Enthusiastic, collaborative mindset with a commitment to supporting team goals. Personal Traits Self-motivated and proactive with strong initiative to improve processes and drive success. Schedule & Physical Requirements Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required. Comfortable working extended hours (up to 14-hour days).
