Are you a friendly and organized professional who enjoys helping others? Agape Lawn is hiring a
Receptionist
to be the face of our office and provide essential administrative support. You will manage the
front desk , greet visitors, answer phone calls, and assist with various clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary. Maintain an organized
front desk
and reception area. Perform
administrative assistant
duties, including data entry, filing, and scheduling. Assist with office supply inventory and ordering as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Requirements
Previous experience as a
receptionist ,
administrative assistant , or in a similar
front desk
role preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional demeanor and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
