Project Manager - Multifamily - Silver Spring, MD
The Project Manager - Multifamily - Silver Spring, MD will be responsible for: Lead day-to-day operations for multifamily construction projects, from initial planning through project delivery Manage budget, schedule, subcontractors, and client relations Collaborate with on-site Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to oversee field execution Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and local regulatory requirements Provide proactive issue resolution to maintain project timelines and financial targets Focus on delivering one project at a time to ensure execution quality Project types include Multifamily, Senior Living, and Student Housing Construction methods may involve wood-frame, concrete, and steel structures MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Project Manager - Multifamily - Silver Spring, MD will have: 6-8 years of experience in multifamily or commercial construction Track record of independently managing construction projects Familiarity with wood-frame and concrete construction techniques Strong leadership and communication abilities Experience with construction management software and documentation Must be able to work from Silver Spring, MD or Ashburn, VA and travel locally as needed The Project Manager - Multifamily - Silver Spring, MD will receive: Base salary: $105,000 - $155,000 Annual bonus potential: 10-15% Car allowance based on experience Full health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Tuition support for continuing education Company-issued laptop, tablet, and phone Structured training and development opportunities with clear paths for advancement
