Job Responsibilities: Assist General Manager in tender and overseeing the construction of civil engineering projects. Coordinating with the tender team. Preparation of technical specifications and submissions of civil engineering work. Involving in feasibility study and construction planning and ensuring delivery of services accordingly to client’s requirements. Facilitate tender submission including coordinating with tender team, internal and external stakeholders, consultants, authorities on project requirements. Overseeing the construction activities, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme. Coordinate all related construction matters with subcontractor/consultant/client. Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on the site activities. Prepare report and method statement.
