Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) Working Pattern:
Fulltime onsite Location:
Indianapolis, IN Rolls-Royce seeks a security professional to support USG Defense programs. As CPSO, you will be responsible for sensitive programs, working with a team of CPSOs and Assistant CPSOs. Responsibilities include: Enforcing security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information and assets, in compliance with DoD and other security standards. Supporting information security managers and officers with accountable items. Preparing and reviewing security documentation, handling access requests, and resolving security issues. Conducting security indoctrinations, training, investigations, and reviews. Overseeing physical security and facility upgrades. Reviewing contractual security obligations and developing security plans and SOPs. Basic Requirements: U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance; U.S. Citizen. Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years of security-related experience, or equivalent experience. Experience with security systems like DISS, JADE, CORE, Savannah. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Requirements: Prior security program management experience. Extensive SAP/industrial security experience. Experience managing multiple projects with critical deadlines. Experience in security education and training.
