Title:
PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst Location:
Washington DC, HYBRID-DC area (40-60 mile radius of DC)
NEED LOCAL Duration:
12+ months Must linkdin IMPORTANT:
Some of the functional analysts needed are Kronos Payroll, PeopleSoft Payroll, PeopleSoft HCM, or PeopleSoft Treasury. Requirements: Six years of experience in systems analysis in a PeopleSoft HCM environment. Must include four years of functional experience in an integrated ERP system. Ability to delegate tasks and lead analysts. Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field. Experience with PeopleSoft Core HR, Recruiting. Familiarity with reporting tools such as PeopleSoft Query. Experience working on interfaces, managing vendor integrations, and overseeing changes to existing integrations (eHR, Personify, new Benefits offerings, etc.). Manage changes due to policy updates, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations with external vendors like Businessolver. Participate in data cleanup efforts, updates to location tables, address records, providers, and contractor info. Resolve data conversion issues during migrations or updates, assist with validation, create and test queries, and support report testing. Conduct analysis and testing for process improvements, support management of contractor records, document business processes, configurations, and system modifications. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions. Seniority level
