Job Summary
Purdue University is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Coordinator of Program Research and Design to support the development and implementation of division-wide student support programs. In this role, you'll assist in gathering data, researching best practices, and managing the design and rollout of initiatives designed to enhance student engagement and success. A key part of your responsibilities will include evaluating program effectiveness and providing data-driven recommendations that inform future strategy.
You'll collaborate with campus partners to ensure programming is responsive to student needs, while managing timelines, resources, and outcomes. Education and Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree Two (2) years of experience in program development Experience creating materials for digital distribution Strong understanding and experience with Brightspace (or other educational platforms) Preferred:
Experience in program development for college students Skills:
Strong Communication Ability to work on a team Ability to positively interact with college students Additional Information
