Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts Maintain long-term relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction Address inquiries, issues, and service requests in a timely and professional manner Track account performance and prepare status reports Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services Assist in contract renewals and billing coordination Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail Benefits
