Overview
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as Customer Quality Engineer in automotive or electromechanical technology business
- Interface with internal teams on customer concerns
- Experience using tools to identify root cause (8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys, etc.)
- Management Systems experience
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, VDA or equivalent standards.
- Experience in the implementation of core tools including APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and development of control plans
