Slot Attendant
The Slot Attendant encourages new guest enrollments into the Players Club while maintaining all aspects of slot related duties, such as identifying jackpots, generating documents through the online system, and answering all guest questions. Responsibilities include assisting Slot Shift Supervisors with designated duties, observing slot machine play, verifying and/or paying customers for jackpots and signing required forms, servicing machines when minor malfunctions occur, verifying jackpots within certain levels and signing required forms, monitoring assigned slot area for situations requiring attention or action, and ensuring compliance with Federal currency reporting regulations. Qualifications include being at least 21 years of age or above, obtaining and maintaining a gaming license, having Slot Attendant experience in a casino preferred, and possessing proven customer service skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional, and positive manner. The ability to count paper and coin currency quickly and accurately is required, and availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
