Project Coordinator
to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of multiple deployments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
Azure DevOps (ADO) , demonstrate excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, and possess the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage multiple project deployments simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. Utilize
Azure DevOps (ADO)
for task tracking, reporting, and workflow management. Collaborate closely with field teams, providing clear updates, resolving issues, and gathering feedback. Re-prioritize tasks and shift focus quickly in response to changing project demands or business needs. Serve as a central point of contact between technical teams, stakeholders, and field personnel. Maintain clear documentation, status reports, and deployment schedules. Key Requirements: Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO)
is required. Proven ability to
manage numerous deployments
across different teams or geographies. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
to effectively interact with field and technical staff. Strong
organizational skills
and the ability to
adapt quickly , reprioritize, and manage change under tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a technology, field services, or deployment-heavy environment. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar support role. Title:
