Computer Systems Analyst | 20958 Secret Clearance Required Direct Hire | Full-time Panama City, FL Were looking for a
Computer Systems Analyst
to provide on-site technical support in Panama City, FL. In this role, youll be the go-to person for our users, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. Youll handle a variety of tasks, from configuring workstations and troubleshooting hardware/software issues to managing user accounts and providing VTC support on NIPR/SIPR networks. Youll also play a key role in maintaining system security and collaborating with our Advanced Services teams. What youll do:
Provide exceptional customer service as the primary contact for Helpdesk inquiries.
Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, and servers.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage user and computer accounts.
Perform security scans and scheduled maintenance.
Offer basic Video Tele-Conference (VTC) support.
Collaborate with Advanced Services teams and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality.
What youll bring:
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
Active Secret Clearance.
1-3 years of technical support experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
A commitment to quality customer service and teamwork.
Ability to manage priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
