Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the Digital Lifecycle Management transformation program from strategy to execution across all phases (assessment, design, build, deployment, adoption).
- Lead program planning , including scope definition, resource allocation, budget tracking, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
- Manage a cross-functional team of DLM Consultants, ServiceNow specialists, and asset management experts , ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders to align transformation goals with organizational objectives and secure buy-in.
- Ensure the implementation of ServiceNow HAM Pro and related modules meets business requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and execute communication, change management, and training strategies to drive adoption and process maturity.
- Establish and track KPIs and success metrics to evaluate transformation impact and ensure continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
Required Skills and Experience: - 10+ years of experience in program/project management with a focus on IT transformation , preferably in IT Asset Management or DLM .
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-phase digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow , particularly HAM Pro , CMDB, and ITSM/ITOM modules.
- Solid understanding of ITIL v4 , digital asset lifecycle frameworks, and governance models.
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse project teams and third-party vendors.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in complex, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications: - Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile ).
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations or major ITSM/ITOM platforms.
- Background in regulated industries such as Client, Retail
