Rockville, MN Compensation:
$50,000-$65,000 annually
What you'll do as the Accountant:
Play a vital role in all aspects of our organization's accounting functions Engage in monthly financial reporting, in-depth financial analysis, and assist in budgeting and forecasting initiatives Focus on improving operational efficiencies through effective asset tracking, analytics, and expense control measures Responsible for account reconciliations asset tracking, expense review and analysis to support the profitability of our extensive equipment division What you'll bring to the Accountant role:
Degree in Accounting or Business is preferred 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally within the construction or manufacturing sectors Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Vista Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel, or Crystal Reports, is useful for effective financial reporting and analysis Ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment, showcasing your skills in problem-solving and innovation Desire to create optimized processes and best practices will contribute significantly to the department's success Strong accuracy and attention to detail Solid understanding of basic accounting principles inclusive of general ledger and profit and loss statement review
