Data Analyst IV

What's the Job?
Analyzing reporting requirements to determine development methods, templates, and report design.
Serving as a Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, and Absence and Time Tracking.
Utilizing best practices and industry standards in developing custom reports and calculated fields.
Collaborating with other report developers and functional experts to understand current business demands.
Troubleshooting report-related transactions and providing tier II support for requests from various teams, resolving issues promptly.
What's Needed?
3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Report Writing.
Proficient in Advanced, Matrix Custom Reports and Calculated Fields.
Proficient in Prism Tables configuration and Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
Experience with Workday Dashboards and Worksheets.
Familiarity with Data Visualization Tools (i.e., Power BI).
