Job Title: Denodo Platform Architect
Work Location & Reporting Address: Houston, TX 77077 (Onsite -- Hybrid. Candidate should be able to visit client location once a month. Local candidates are highly preferred. Will consider candidates willing to relocate)

Nice to Have Skills: • Tableau • AWS • Microstrategy • Financial and CRM Domain Knowledge
Detailed Job Description: • Manage connections to data source wrappers and base views Understand pushdown mechanism and create pushdown process for different scenarios. • Design denodo framework for the development and deployment. • Combine and integrate data joins union and group by operations Expose business entities and report views to consumer applications • Define guidelines and best practices in Denodo including project structure catalog architecture view development data caching and custom elements • Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation. • Must have experience on Denodo Virtualization principles Connecting to Data Sources Views in virtual Data Port combining data sets Catalog and Metadata management • Must have experience on troubleshoot problem and optimize performance • Working experience on structuring and creating Metadata and catalog for data services • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong ability to work with client stakeholders • Install and configure Denodo 8.x servers environment • Install, configure and schedule routine jobs via Denodo Scheduler • Integrate VDP servers with Microsoft AD • Import AD users and groups • Implement industry best practices • Create relevant DR processes and participate in DR exercises • Provide leadership to technical team members. • Design, Development and Testing denodo views. • Automation, Devops and CI/CD knowledge is plus • Create and maintain data sources (MS Data Bricks/Oracle/SQL/Hadoop/SAP BW/Client/etc.) • Manage cache databases and optimize performance • Promote code to controlled environments using Solution Manager • Knowledge on CICD process • Provide support to development teams • Apply patches and troubleshoot issue if necessary • Create standards and use case scenarios based on business requirements • 5+ Install, configure and administer Denodo 8.x servers in cloud environments • 5+ Install, configure and administer Denodo Scheduler and Data Catalog applications • Must have knowledge on API Endpoint configuration
Minimum Years of Experience: 8-10 years
Certifications Needed: Denodo Platform 8.0 Admin, developer and Architect certification is a plus
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute: • Design, Develop and lead Denodo frameworks, virtualization data mart layer • Customer engagement and reporting status • Coordinate and guide team members at offshore
