Deputy Program Manager
/ Program Integrator

Security Clearance:
Applicant must hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance Position/Job Description:
Integrate processes, procedures, metrics, and reports for acquisition program offices with multiple ACAT I and II ships under their portfolio. Candidate will support the PM in their responsibilities to coordinate PAPM activities to achieve program objectives, including advising on strategic direction and risk resolution. Experience Requirement:
15 years' experience supporting ship acquisition programs, three of which as a Major Program Manager (MPM), Deputy PM, Principle Assistant PM, Assistant PM, or Director. The ideal candidate will be process driven and will have served as an MPM of PAPM within a major USN or USCG shipbuilding program. Demonstrated record of integrating program activities through an effective communication framework, implementation of best practices including common tools, performance metrics and dashboards, and integrated program scheduling. Demonstrated record of developing and implementing acquisition plans and strategy following DoDI 5000.2 Acquisition Framework or DHS Acquisition Management Directive MD-102-01. Demonstrated record of developing high level program briefings intended for Flag, SES, Congressional and OMB level audiences. Experience with USN large deck amphibious ships or auxiliary ships

Bachelor Degree Required Master's Degree

Qualifications and Certifications : DAWAII Level III certification or PMP certification desired. Must have effective communication skills, oral and written.
